Shear Baler Compact ACH
The TAURUS BLULINE COMPACT (ACH) range of Shear Balers are categorized as medium sized work horses, built on a space saving “single piece” frame which does not require expensive foundations. ACH shear balers are quick to set up and easy to re-position. TAURUS BLULINE ACH models are built on single continuous frame with the main compression cylinder, engine (diesel or electric), hydraulic and electrical components all safely placed at the rear of the shear and protected in a metal housing. The ACH range of shear balers Include original TAURUS BLULINE twin “swinging wings system” with over stroke function on both wings (patent pending). The over stroke function increases the density of the scrap while significantly minimizing frictional wear within the squeeze box. The internal surface of the squeeze box as well as internal and external surfaces of the wings are comprised of wear resistant Hardox steel. As well as the traditional shearing function, ACH shear balers can also produce bales with an automatic bale ejection function.

Shear Baler Compact RAPID ARH
The new shear balers ARH, are the heavy league of the COMPACT series, and can be seen as the evolution of the long-established ACH. They are built on a space saving “single piece” frame, which does not require expensive foundations and special permits. They are equipped with very high performance engines to reduce the processing time. The shear balers ARH are quick to set up and easy to re-position. In the rear of the machine, from the opposite side to the shear, it develops a protected structure that supports the longitudinal compression cylinder, the diesel engine or double electric motors (according to the requirements) and also the electric and hydraulic groups The shear, equipped with a steel work platform, it works simply resting on the floor, it is a medium – heavy machine – with the original compression box “TAURUS”. the original TAURUS BLULINE twin “swinging wings system” with over stroke function on both wings (patent pending). Shear Baler Stationary ACS
Shears baler ACS are traditional machines used for medium/ heavy duty loads, with the original TAURUS compression box with swinging lids and overstroke . The ACS shear baler do not need foundations, being equipped with a support structure in which  the pipes of the hydraulic system run. The structure also supports shelters to protect the cylinder. These machines frame is in 2 section, connected: one supporting box and shear head, the other one for the motors, oil tank and hydraulic system. The compression system, patented, is defined by a box in which, longitudinally and laterally to the base, are hinged the two swinging lids.
The main cylinder ( on request ) can be equipped with a longitudinal cover to protect the cylinder during the entire process..
The side of the box as well as the internal and external surfaces of the lids are made of wear-resistant steel. Both lids have overstroke. The shear parts particularly subjected to wearing, are protected by plates made of high strength steel, screwed and interchangeable.
The wear between the guides of the shear is compensated acting on eccentric pins, guaranteeing precise guidance even after long operation time.
The guides are made of  hardened steel coupled with synthetic material: thischoice allows to incorporate in the plastic material extraneous matter which would otherwise damage the guides.

They also sport a new tail design to better support main pushing cylinder, more powerful diesel engines or double electrical engines.
